Mess Up The Mess meet every Tuesday from 7-9pm at St Catherine’s Community Church Hall in Upper Brynaman. We also run bespoke drama workshops for school
s and community events in a wide range of subjects from devising theatre and mask work to introducing Shakespeare to beginners. Every year we run at least two large scale youth arts projects involving young people in the creation of original theatre including scriptwriting, devising, film making, editing, technical theatre and performance skills.
Mess Up The Mess Theatre Company has been established to increase opportunities for newly graduated theatre practitioners, to offer dynamic bilingual theatre-making experiences to young people and create an inclusive company for innovative theatre that reaches out to new diverse audiences. MUTM works with young people and theatre professionals on high quality productions featuring our trademark physical multi media style and appealing to new audiences previously marginalised from traditional theatre making.
